From Shimo-Ochiai the Seibu Shinjuku Line reaches Takadanobaba in one stop and Seibu-Shinjuku in about eight minutes. At Takadanobaba change to the JR Yamanote and Tokyo Metro Tozai lines for Ikebukuro, Shinjuku and Otemachi. Waseda University and Otomeyama Park are close, and the riverside path is lined with cherry trees in spring.

How do I check in?
